UK and EU Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Carriers
We use FED EX to deliver our products. Estimated delivery times vary by product category:
(UK and EU) FED EX:

Apparel: 3–5 business days

Shoes and Jewerelly: 2-3 weeks (as they are handcrafted)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
2. Shipping Rates

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day before shipping.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your package on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or the assigned UK-based carrier).
5. Delivery Address Changes

Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately at support@yongdae.co.uk to request an address change.

After Dispatch: Address changes may not be possible. If the package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us, and we will contact you for redelivery (additional fees may apply).
6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact our customer service for assistance.

If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
7. Taxes and Duties

All product prices include applicable taxes and duties.

Yongdae covers all import costs for shipments arriving in the UK, so customers will not be responsible for additional charges.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy
1. Return Period
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This aligns with the UK and EU cooling-off period, allowing you to assess your purchase and request a refund if unsatisfied.
Once a return or exchange request has been approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days. If the item is not dispatched within this period, the request may be cancelled.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and Unused: Items must be in their original, unworn condition.

In Original Packaging with Tags Attached: All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

No Customer-Caused Damage: Items must not be stained, altered, washed, repaired, stretched, or otherwise damaged due to customer handling. Items with cosmetic stains, food stains, perfume or smoke odours, or other signs of use may not be eligible for return.

Resale Condition: Items must not have been partially used or handled in a way that reduces their resale value.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, it may still be returned even if it does not meet the above conditions. In such cases, we will provide a full refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with UK and EU regulations.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind Returns (within 14 days): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the item is as described.

Exchanges Requested by the Customer: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost of returning the original item and shipping the replacement item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: Yongdae will cover return shipping costs for items that are damaged, faulty, or not as described.
4. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@yongdae.co.uk or submit a return request through your customer account.
If your return is approved:

We will provide return instructions.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers may use any courier service, but returns must be shipped prepaid (cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted).

Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items and any applicable return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked or insured service, as returns lost or damaged in transit may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If the return is not shipped or collected within the specified timeframe due to customer-related reasons, the return request may be cancelled.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved:

The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If the entire order is returned, the original delivery cost (at the basic shipping rate) will also be refunded.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Personal-use items (e.g., earrings, intimate apparel).

Final sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated).
Please refer to product descriptions for specific items that may not qualify for a return.
7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@yongdae.co.uk so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is:

Return the original item.

Make a new purchase for the desired product once the return is accepted.
