Shipping Carriers
We use UK-based carriers and DHL / Fed to deliver our products to the UK And EU. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product category:
FED EX (UK and EU)

Apparel: 3–5 business days

Shoes and Jewerelly: 2 weeks (as they are handcrafted)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Taxes and Duties
- All product prices include applicable taxes and duties. Yongdae will cover these costs upon arrival in the UK and EU, so customers will not be responsible for any additional charges.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If applicable, we will provide an update once the shipment is on its way.

DHL Express: A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Standard Shipping: A tracking number may be provided depending on the courier. If tracking is unavailable, both the courier and Yongdae will notify you regarding the delivery status.
Address Changes

Before Dispatch: If you need to modify your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@yongdae.co.uk.

After Dispatch: Changes may not be possible. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you for redelivery. Additional fees may apply.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
